We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout or in the order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once an order has been shipped, customers may track the shipment using the tracking information provided by the carrier, where available. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any applicable additional charges.
